I am a researcher at Google Quantum AI. My primary research interests are in the areas of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computation.
Previously, I was a staff research scientist in the Quantum Computing team at IBM Research. I was a Sherman Fairchild Fellow of the Walter Burke Institute for Theoretical Physics and member of the Institute for Quantum Information & Matter at the California Institute of Technology. I received my MSc and PhD in Physics from the University of Waterloo and Institute for Quantum Computing, under the supervision of Raymond Laflamme. I obtained my BSc in Honours Mathematics and Physics from McGill University.
